For how long can I rent a home with Nuvo Hotel Group?
You can rent a home with us for a few days, weeks or months if you need to. We offer flexibility on our bookings so that you can enjoy the best of Birmingham city centre and its surroundings.
Do you have different types of properties?
Yes, we have hundreds of available properties across the city. These range from studio flats, to 1 and 3+ bedrooms, villas and penthouses. You decide the level of luxury and number of bedrooms, and our team will help you find the perfect option.
Do you have any corporate rates or offers available?

Will someone be waiting for me at the reception when I get there?
We like to offer guests the flexibility to self check-in. You will be provided with a guide upon completing your booking so that you can check in, in your own time.
What amenities are included in my booking?
Whilst each home is unique, you will always have access to your own kitchen, dining area and the entire home. You will be provided with free Wifi and Netflix to use at your leisure.
Do you require a damage deposit and is that refundable?
We do require a damage deposit with bookings made directly through our platform. This will be held on your card and returned automatically to you once you’ve left the property if there is no damage to the property.
Do you provide extra cleaning services?
We can provide extra cleaning services upon request. This will be an extra fee, depending on the size of your property and you can speak to our team to arrange an additional cleaning when you require it.
